What will you do as a Product Owner for Customer Payments and Loans?
As a Global Product Owner, you’ll oversee the development and success of the Customer Payments and Customer Loans products. These critical financial solutions are integral to the efficiency of our global Order to Cash process. You will:
- Define the product vision and strategy in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Maintain and prioritize the Product Backlog to address customer needs and align with the roadmap.
- Represent the voice of the customer, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with global teams, ensuring alignment across business processes and technology platforms.
- Play a quality assurance role during product deployment to global operating companies.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and multifunctional teams, ensuring the delivery of innovative and valuable solutions.
Are you the Product Owner we are looking for?
You are driven by innovation, customer-centric thinking, and have a keen eye for detail. To succeed, you bring:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in business or IT.
- 8-10 years of experience in transactional finance, Order to Cash processes, and product management.
- Proficiency in tools like Serrala, Autobank, and ERP systems (SAP S/4).
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with a flair for process mapping and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
