Customer Service Employee

What are you going to do?
In this job as a Customer Service Employee, you're responsible for entering patients' blood results and communicate these results with the health care providers. It is very important to discuss everything in detail.
Your duties will include:
- Contribute data entry of patient and healthcare provider (HCP) details;
- Monitoring and data entry of patients? blood results;
- Frequent telephone and email contact with pharmacists, doctors, nurses, and other care workers involved with the care of patients;
- Handling of Adverse Events;

What do we offer?- A monthly salary of €2400, - based on 40 hours of work;
- Travel allowance of 0.21 per km;
- You will start on the basis of temporary employment and, if you perform well, you may receive a permanent contract;
- A nice job for 32-40 hours a week, working hours are from 09:30 AM - 18:00 PM;
- An ample introduction period with lots of training;
- Receiving your salary on Wednesday;

What do we ask?
The most important requirement of this job is that you are a native English speaker. It would be great if you also have experience in a customer contact center or in an administrative job. Furthermore, it is important that you dare to pick up a ringing telephone easily and have good computer skills.You have to realize this is repetitive work.
