About the jobResponsible for the delivery and continuous improvement of the digital tools and third party solution/service partners in C&P by providing direction to a multidisciplinary digital delivery team aimed a building a digital and data-enabled procurement organization.
About youTo become successful in this role you need to have a deep understanding of procurement, supply chain, and technology. Experience leading a team of tech experts and product owners is a plus. Also, you need to have demonstrated experience in transforming a procurement function by implementing digital procurement and procurement analytics tools as well as experience in deploying more than one digital platform for procurement in areas like spend analytics, contract analytics, supply chain risk, SRM, sustainability, digital scouting.
Furthermore, you have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as project/program manager in e-procurement and digital supply chain.
- Experience leading the deployment teams of Source to Pay technology globally.
- Extensive knowledge of the technology landscape in source to pay, SRM, category strategy, and procurement analytics.
- Experience executing projects with agile methodology;
- Good understanding of tech concepts like cloud, AI (Artificial Intelligence), Saa S (Software as a Service), BI, data engineering;
- Negotiation and vendor management;
- Strategy and consulting skills;
- Client centricity, stakeholder management skills.
