As a Key Account Manager Fire here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in the Fire industry in the Netherlands.

You will be part of a professional sales team and work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide them with innovative fire and safety solutions

Your daily tasks:

  • Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships and gain insights into customer businesses to recommend appropriate products and solutions. Manage all aspects of engagement with both existing and new customers.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify and leverage opportunities to build credibility with customers, utilizing your product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Performance Improvement: Enhance the overall performance of the organization by establishing strong customer relationships and forming new partnerships.
  • Market Presence: Expand Honeywell's presence and market share in assigned accounts and territories.
  • Face-to-Face Engagement: Conduct in-person meetings with distributors and channel partners to strengthen relationships and drive sales.

Your qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Fire industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

Nice to haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in the Fire industry, with knowledge of fire safety regulations and solutions
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
