Functie- Oversee the financial operations of the business unit within the organisation.
- Develop and monitor budgets and financial reports.
- Conduct risk assessments and financial analyses.
- Work closely with the Accounting & Finance department to ensure financial accuracy.
- Implement financial policies and procedures in line with company goals.
- Provide financial advice and support to the senior management team.
- Ensure compliance with financial legislation and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive financial performance.
Profiel
A successful Business Unit Controller a.i. should have:
- A strong educational background in Finance or a related field.
- Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Construction industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
- Demonstrable experience in financial management and reporting.
- Experience with Business Central or MS Dynamics
- Experience managing teams
