Internship (Marketing): Global Marketing Growth Category
Are you ready to do an internship in a dynamic global team with different nationalities and to learn how to support key business decisions? Come join us as our new Global Marketing Growth Intern at our office in Amsterdam-Hoofddorp from November/December 2024/January 2025!
You will be a part of the Danone Specialized Nutrition Global Growth Category Team, which defines the global Vision and Ambition of this important category. It helps to continuously unlock opportunities and develop markets’ offering of the best nutritional solutions for babies and children with growth challenges all over the world.The team works together with cross functional teams and country marketing teams who represent our brands. Your main stakeholders will include Senior Brand Managers plus the Country teams. Additionally, you will need to work cross-functionally with other teams in the company.
Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- Be part of the healthcare, consumer strategy, working on planning, implementation and analysis of agreed marketing tasks.
- Participate and support in Marketing workflow including packaging development, product launch, consumer research, working with 3rd party creative agencies, research agencies & partner markets.
- Prepare reports from the existing data warehouse and provide analysis of the data.
- Animate the Marketing Community by preparing and presenting the monthly online posting plan for our Brands / Categories / Channels, across different websites or internal social media pages.
- Support in different ad hoc marketing projects (team activities, events). Apart from this, you will cooperate with 3rd party research agencies, local country partners across markets.

- You are a Bachelors/Masters student in Marketing, Business, or Psychology;
- Have an eye for detail;
- Possess strong analytical skills;
- Background in marketing through education or experience is a plus;
- Have an open and flexible mindset;
- Someone enthusiastic to work in a super international team;
There are also some compulsory requirements:
- Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
- Ideally available to start in November/December 2024/January 2025 for a minimum of 9 to 12 months, 5 days per week;
- You are fluent in English - oral and written;
- You are able to work from our Hoofddorp office at least 2 times per week;
- Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.

We Offer
We offer a gross monthly internship allowance 650 euros per month and a home working allowance/contribution towards travel. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.
- Please be aware that you must acquire a BSN number to receive the full internship allowance.
