Wat je gaat doen
As a packaging operator at Perfetti Van Melle, you play a key role in producing the world-famous Mentos candy. Your work ensures that our products reach customers worldwide in perfect condition. You'll be responsible for keeping the packaging process running smoothly while maintaining high-quality standards.If you have experience with operating machinery and a sharp eye for detail, this could be the job for you.
Your responsibilities:
- Oversee the packaging line, quickly resolving minor malfunctions while working with the technical team for larger issues.
- Collaborate with fellow operators to maintain an efficient production process and assist where needed.
- Keep the production line stocked with materials to avoid downtime.
- Perform quality checks, report any deviations, and suggest improvements.
- Competitive salary with a monthly wage between €3200 and €3600 including shift allowance;
- Shift allowance of 20% per hour;
- Job security with a temporary contract and the potential for a permanent position;
- Full-time employment with 37.5 guaranteed hours per week;

- Previous experience as a packaging operator on a line with multiple machines with the ability to operate and maintain standars;
- Interest in the food industry, with a strong understanding of quality and safety standards;
- Availability to work in a 3-shift rotation.
