Tricks of the trade- Collaboration: You'll work closely with our recruiters and various internal teams to understand the specific requirements for open positions. You will support in organizing various tech events
- Sourcing: Using LinkedIn Search and other search techniques, you'll actively look for potential candidates and approach them to explore opportunities at Picnic
- Hiring: You will be delivering a great candidate experience for entry-level positions and internships.
- Innovation: You'll bring fresh ideas and provide valuable input to enhance our talent pipeline processes and improve overall recruitment outcomes
- You are currently pursuing studies in Psychology, HRM, Business Administration or similar fields
- You have prior internships or working-student experience in active sourcing or recruiting
- You are ambitious and dare to generate and share cool ideas, eager to try new things
- You are curious and eager to learn about different technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- You are a team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
