Inside sales

Are you looking for a flexible job in Eindhoven? Do you enjoy helping customers? Are you organized and detail-oriented? Join us as an Inside Sales Staff! You’ll process orders, communicate with customers, and support our sales team. Work 16-20 hours per week with flexible scheduling to suit your needs!

• Process orders from customers
• Place orders with the head office in Japan and partner companies
• Communicate with customers about their questions and orders
• Confirm and update delivery dates, including sharing updates and expected arrival times (ETA)
• Provide administrative support to the sales team
• Handle various office tasks

• A salary between €2550 and €2800 gross per month (on a 40 hour base)
• 25 Annual vacations (for full-time employment)
• 8,33% Holiday allowance

• MBO working and thinking level
• Experience with Exact, Excel and MS Office
• Experience with an ERP system is a plus
• Good knowledge of the English language in word and writing
• Speaking Dutch is a plus
