This is what you contribute as Teamleader- You take your team to a higher level and meet customer expectations. You do this by coaching your team members one-on-one and analyzing their performance. This allows you to optimize processes flawlessly and discover bottlenecks. In addition, you provide work instructions and the further development of your team, but you also respond to ad hoc questions from our customer. You will directly manage up to 20 Warehouse Operators in one of our departments. As Teamleader, you will allow these colleagues to work even more efficiently, because you:
- Gain insight into which processes are running well and know where the bottlenecks are.
- You register the performance level of your colleagues and make sure they follow training courses;
- Create reports and get results from the warehouse management system;
- Ensuring safety on our work floor;
- Discuss improvement proposals with the Operations Manager, Shift Manager and keep your fellow Teamleaders informed.
- Organize your team. This means that you:
- Coach your team members, taking into account their ambitions and developments;
- Conduct assessment and performance interviews;
- Conduct absence / reintegration - and other interviews;
- Ensure the right staffing;
- Schedules training hours and keeps the time sheets and personnel movements up to date.

Salary in our collective labor agreement scale 8, between € 2.600,- and € 3.600,- depending on your knowledge and experience. Growth potential up to € 4.350,59 gross per month; You work in two shifts from 6:00 till 15:00 and from 15:00 till 00:00.
After 18:00 you get a 130% allowance; Pension plan, travel cost reimbursement and 25 vacation days; Laptop and telephone of the company; Cao à la carte: a personal budget that you can spend as you wish. You can convert it into vacation days (maximum 6) or have the amount paid monthly on top of your salary.

Your talents as Teamleader- Minimum of two years experience as a Teamleader, Supervisor, cooperating foreman or forewoman;
- Organizational ability;
- Strong communication in Engels and an other 2nd language;
- Stand firm in your shoes and you are stress resistant;
- Able to manage your team and bring out the best in them;
- Feeling with Microsoft Office programs (like Excel and PowerPoint) and Warehouse Management Systems, so you can make reports and analyses.
