Your Role

Collaborating with project managers, finance teams, and technical stakeholders, you will deliver innovative solutions that align with organizational goals and enhance user experience.Key Responsibilities

• Product Roadmap Development: Define and maintain a roadmap for digital solutions in project management and operations, focusing on resource optimization, cost tracking, and performance reporting.
• Backlog Ownership: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, translating strategic objectives into actionable tasks and iterative deliveries.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between business needs and IT teams, collaborating with project managers and finance teams to ensure tools meet user and business requirements.
• Tool Optimization: Oversee the implementation of features to enhance project planning, resource utilization, and project financial reporting.
• Adoption and Feedback: Facilitate user adoption of tools, gather feedback, and continuously refine features to maximize value and usability.
• Agile Delivery: Drive iterative feature development and delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and agile practices.
• Strategic Alignment: Ensure project management tools and workflows align with organizational strategies and support long-term goals.

• Project Operations Expertise: 5-7 years of experience in product ownership or business IT roles focused on project management systems and workflows.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with project management platforms, with Dynamics 365 Project Operations or equivalent tools as a strong advantage.
• Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to align project tools and processes with business goals to drive operational efficiency.
• Agile Leadership: Proficiency in agile methodologies, backlog management, and delivering user-centric solutions.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to evaluate challenges and implement innovative solutions.
• Team Collaboration: Proven success in leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and fostering collaboration.
• Industry Awareness: Knowledge of resource planning, project financials, and revenue recognition principles.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years in product ownership, project operations, or related roles.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Project Operations or similar platforms.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
