Functie
The HR Country manager is responsible for providing Human Resource partnership to teams across the Netherlands and with the senior leadership team at the Manufacturing facility. The HR Country Manager will drive the local human resources strategy including talent, team development and organisational development.
This position is part of the leadership team for the EMEA HR region located in the Netherlands and will be based on-site.
What you will do:
- Drive the execution of HR strategy at site and across the EMEA region, applying innovation and continuous improvement processes to improve ways of working;
- Drive HR processes and programs including but not limited to including talent management, talent development, employee engagement, retention, performance management, recruiting support, onboarding, terminations, organizational development, diversity/equity/inclusion and compensation;
- Develop and track daily & visual management related to key HR metrics (retention, development, DE&I etc.), analyze people and talent related data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business decision-making. Partner with leaders to dive to root cause, develop and execute appropriate countermeasures where needed;
- Partner with Labor and Employee Relations colleagues, the Works Council and Employee Representatives;
- Provide advice, guidance and coaching on a wide range of HR matters to the leadership teams and HR team in Dutch or English.
- Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Studies;
- Knowledge of Employee Relations/legal compliance and experience of working with works councils;
- Minimum of 7 years' experience working in a Senior HR Business Partner position within a Manufacturing environment;
- Experience of working within a fast-paced regulated environment in a matrixed global organisation;
- Outstanding client service orientation: ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with solid judgement and discretion;
- Has strong orientation to accomplishing objectives in a measurable and sustainable way, recognizing obstacles while utilizing resources to overcome these, helping self and others to achieve results;
- Fluent in Dutch.
