Procurement assistant

what we offer- A salary between €3500 and €4500 (fulltime)
- a one-year contract, with possible extension
- preferably available for 40 hours per week
- monday and wednesday at the office in Rotterdam

who are you
You are a passionate and driven professional with a keen interest in procurement and supply chain management. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with diverse teams, and have a strong analytical mindset.- Experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
what will you do ...
As Assistant Procurement Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient procurement processes while maintaining strong supplier relationships. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of making plant-based meat the new standard.
- Manage procurement governance, including pricing updates, contract management, and vendor relations.
- Support strategic sourcing by analyzing cost competitiveness, driving savings initiatives, and leading supplier negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, and Marketing to support innovation and business growth.
