The People & Customer Communications team at HERE is a global team that focuses on fostering a culture of success, from enhancing employee engagement to celebrating customer wins across internal and external channels. As we continue to scale and evolve, we are looking for a talented and driven Communications Manager to join the People Communications side of our team, which focuses on internal communications.

You will play a pivotal role in supporting our transformational initiatives, ensuring clear, concise, and consistent internal communication with all stakeholders during times of organizational transformation.

Main responsibilities
  • Plan, develop and facilitate targeted transformation communications activities to support organizational change initiatives, including pre-change announcements, ongoing updates, and post-change follow-up communications.
  • Draft clear, concise, and engaging content for various internal communication channels, including emails, newsletters, intranet articles, presentations, video scripts, and FAQs. Ensure content resonates with diverse audiences, including employees, managers, and executives.
  • Identify key stakeholders and tailor messaging to meet the specific needs of different groups. Provide regular updates to senior leadership and ensure alignment with broader company goals and strategic objectives.
  • Develop and manage feedback loops, including surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions, to gauge employee sentiment and identify areas for improvement. Ensure that concerns and questions are addressed in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Track the effectiveness of communication efforts, measure engagement, and assess the success of change initiatives. Use feedback and data to continuously improve communication tactics and approaches.

Who are you?:

You are a strong candidate for this role if you possess the following skills, competencies and experience:

  • You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in change management communications, corporate communications, or a PR agency, ideally within the technology or IT industry.
  • A university degree in either journalism, communication/marketing or similar fields.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an accessible and compelling way. Proven ability to tailor messages for different audiences and formats.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) and a solid understanding of how to communicate during times of organizational change.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines. Detail-oriented with a focus on ensuring all deliverables are met.
  • Ability to leverage the full portfolio of professional communications tools yet push the boundaries through AI-enhanced opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to successfully influence and effectively work across functions, personalities, and deadlines.
  • Strategic thinker and pragmatic person, who is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
  • You understand speed is our currency.
