For over 30 years, our main focus has been to turn waste into valuable new fuel and raw materials, which not only help to reduce the CO₂ emissions of some of the world's largest industries, but also contribute to the global challenge of sorting and processing non-recyclable waste.Over 600 colleagues work at our company across multiple offices and production and sorting sites across Europe. N+P Group B.V.'s head office is located in Nieuw Bergen, North Limburg.

About Subcoal
Subcoal is a secondary fuel produced from non-recyclable residue streams and can replace up to 100% fossil fuels in various industries such as cement, steel and lime. The product helps reduce CO2 emissions and reuse residual streams that would otherwise be landfilled or incinerated.

Who are you?
You are a real 'hunter' with a keen eye for opportunities in new and existing markets. You focus on cold acquisition, developing new customer relationships and expanding our existing portfolio. Through your proactive and result-oriented approach, you play a key role in the growth of our company within Europe.You are a go-getter, used to operating in complex markets, and have an affinity with the cement, lime or steel industry.
Main tasks and responsibilities- Tapping new markets: identify, approach and actively visit potential customers in Europe.
- Expand existing markets: build and strengthen relationships with existing customers to develop additional collaborations.
- Cold acquisition: independently prospect, visit and convince new customers to cooperate with Subcoal.
- Relationship management: build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Market analysis: understanding and responding to market trends and opportunities in the industry
- Proactive strategy: develop and implement an action plan to achieve sales targets.
Profiel
Main job requirements to execute the job successfully- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar commercial role, preferably in the waste and/or cement sector.
- A proven track record in cold acquisition and sales in an international environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
- Driven, results-oriented, persistent and proactive.
- Willingness to travel regularly within Europe.
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
