Business Analyst

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our UniQue team in the Hague.

What will you be doing in this role?

Identify the organization's business needs, workflows, and processes, and prepare documents
Conduct the stakeholders/business analysis, requirements analysis, and support the design and testing phases to ensure that the technical solutions comply with the defined requirements
Follow up and keep up to date different product backlogs, and other Business Analysis deliverables (Use Cases, User Stories, Impact Assessment Document, etc.)
Support the project activities providing clarifications, acting as liaison between the business users/key stakeholders. Project Officers, and technical experts
Participate in the market research/solutions assessment to identify suitable tools to meet the business and technical needs
Support the Technical Architect and Project Manager and other stake-holders
Support the business users in the testing phase (e.g. support the UAT testing)
Support the smooth adoption of the new systems by contributing (writing/reviewing) manuals and user guides for the end users
Ensure the compliance of all project-related activities with Eurojust’s rules and standards

Requirements

What will you be bringing to the team?

Have a minimum high school diploma
A minimum of 5 years work experience as Business Analyst
Experience in ICT projects
Knowledge of market research for selection of COTs products
Experience in projects with interoperability with other systems will be considered advantageous
Understanding of Security and Personal data management will be considered as an advantage
Experience working with different methodologies (Agile, Iterations, Waterfall, etc.) will be considered advantageous
Should have strong communication skills and professional experience in a multicultural environment
Proficiency in English language at least a B2 level
