Purchasing assistant.
Are you commercial and service-oriented and are you completely committed to processing quotations?
Then we are looking for you!
We like to train you, so experience is not necessary.
As a purchasing assistant, your day starts at 08:30 by turning on your computer. you get your mail and make sure everything is ready to get started!
Your main task is entering requests and developing quotations.
Fortunately, a lot of products are already in the system and all price lists are linked.
If a product is not in our system, you can search for the product and a supplier within our internal database or with Google.

As you can read, everything has been thought of to make the process easy and smooth. In addition to computer work, you also have a lot of daily contact with suppliers, and colleagues.

Function requirements: ·
  • You have an LBO/MBO work and thinking level;
  • You are customer-oriented in providing service to customers and colleagues;
  • Experience with a particular computer system is not required;
  • Speaking, reading and writing English is a must and not a problem for you;
  • You are responsible, accurate, independent and ambitious;
  • You live in or nearby Rotterdam.
