One of our international clients has been implementing SharePoint as their new internal Intranet solution to improve the internal communications between departments and employees.
The SharePoint solution is live, but to optimize, improve and professionalize the usage of this tool we are exclusively looking for Business Consultant SharePoint a.i. to help the organization succeed with the implementation.
Functie
As a Business Consultant SharePoint a.i. you will be responsible for:
- Project planning
- Scoping of a full fletched intranet
- Set up of country pages to start with
- Set up of Group Function pages
- Assisting owners to deliver in steps
- Operational Management/Governance of the site
- Training and development for success
- Bridging from operations, locations to Senior Management
- Immediately available
- Experience with leading at least one SharePoint implementation
- Experience with implementations in operational driven organizations
- Skilled in operational excellence and structuring processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (from operations to management)
- Good change management skills and letting the business adopt the new way of working
- Good project management skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English
