Project Procurement Coördinator

• You are responsible for the entire procurement process of a project, from developing the procurement plan to completion and evaluation.
• Negotiate contract terms with suppliers and ensure the best deal for the project.
• Lead a team of purchasers, expediters, and logistics experts and ensure efficient cooperation.
• Ensure that all procurement processes comply with internal procedures, laws, regulations, and the specific requirements of the project.
• Identify and manage procurement-related risks, such as delays in delivery or quality issues.
• Regularly report on the progress of the procurement process to the project manager and other stakeholders.

• Persuasive entrepreneur with excellent negotiating skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (technical or commercial).
• Over 10 years of commercial experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.
• Experience in complex multi-disciplinary projects.
• Thorough knowledge of INCOTERMS and Logic terms and conditions.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to solve complex issues with a helicopter view and in-depth expert knowledge.
