This role is crucial for ensuring that the organization's data is of the highest quality, strategically aligned with business objectives, and properly governed.

• Ensure the data landscape evolves to support scalable growth, while maintaining high data quality and governance standards.
• Take the lead in ensuring that data quality is maintained across all initiatives, developing and implementing data quality frameworks and standards.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to monitor data quality, address issues, and continuously improve data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Establish processes for data validation, cleaning, and assessment to ensure data is accurate, reliable, and usable for business decision-making.
• Work closely with data owners and key stakeholders to define and govern data domains, ensuring appropriate management and usage of data across departments.
• Engage with senior leadership, business leads, and department heads to ensure alignment on data quality, data governance, and data domain objectives.
• Provide the team with support, guidance, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.

Profiel

A successful Project Manager Data & Analytics a.i. should have:

• Expertise in Projects focus on data quality and data governance.
• Experience in data analytics, business intelligence or data migration.
• Understanding of data domains or experience in defining and managing a data landscape that aligns with business needs.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Dutch, both written and spoken.
