Tasks

What You’ll Do:

• Assist Dutch & Flemish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Answer questions about Nespresso products, orders, and services.
• Find solutions for customer issues and aim for first-contact resolution.

• Stay up to date with Nespresso’s sustainability initiatives and premium services.

Requirements

What You’ll Need:

• Fluent Dutch or Flemish (spoken & written) and good English skills.
• Experience in customer service or sales (preferred but not required).
• Ability to multitask and work with digital tools in a fast-paced environment.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a 40-hour workweek on rotating shifts (Monday-Sunday, 07:00–19:00).
