To support our client's ambitious growth plans in the Netherlands, we are looking for a true sales hunter:a New Business Sales Executive who knows how to win new customers, close high-impact deals, and outperform the competition.
As a Sales Hunter in Cybersecurity & Software Testing, you play a vital role in identifying, engaging, and securing new clients in the cybersecurity and QA software testing space. You're an energetic self-starter with a sharp commercial instinct and a passion for turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.You don't take "maybe" for an answer, only a confident "yes" from C-level decision-makers.
What you'll do:
- Hunt, score, close: Actively prospect and convert leads into loyal customers.
- Sell cutting-edge services: From Pen Testing and Red Teaming to SOC/SIEM and Performance Testing.
- Build your own portfolio: Create opportunities and promote tailored solutions in a growing market.
- Engage with C-level stakeholders: Understand their challenges and craft solutions that meet their needs.
- Present winning proposals: Collaborate with technical experts to deliver customized offerings.
- Negotiate smartly: Close strong deals that benefit both the client and the business.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to stay competitive.
Profiel
Candidate Profile, what We're Looking For:
- At least 10 years of proven success in B2B sales, with a strong focus on new business acquisition experience in Cybersecurity and/or QA Software Testing is a big plus.
- A strong track record in new business development ,you've consistently brought in new clients and know how to grow a portfolio from scratch.
- Already have a network in the Cybersecurity space? That's a major advantage.
- Results-driven and competitive ,you thrive on targets and don't settle until you exceed them.
- A confident negotiator and closer ,you know how to seal the deal and leave a lasting impression.
- Entrepreneurial and proactive, you take initiative, spot opportunities, and turn them into wins without waiting to be told.
