[ref. x98598002] Compliance Officer Integrated Compliance (IC) - Business Lead WB
We are looking for a highly organised, delivery-oriented, ambitious professional to join the Group Compliance (GC) IC Business Lead team focussing on WB segment.

The team
The IC business lead team consists of three sub-teams: WB, Retail/Ro W and Corporate Functions Compliance (CFC). The IC business lead team supports the business to increase maturity and efficiency of the compliance risk processes and supports the Compliance function within the business segments (WB and Retail), countries, CFC and on central level.
Your purpose is to enable the WB Compliance organisation to (1) achieve insights in Compliance risks to allow steering and decision-making using data analytics for accurate and complete management information; (2) launch, steer, coordinate programs across Compliance and act as linking pin to align key stakeholders on both local and central level; (3) support the Head of Compliance WB with oversight on countries and (4) be the stakeholder between Group Compliance and WB countries.
Roles and responsibilities
As Integrated Compliance Officer include:
- Ensuring that all information provided and or reported on a periodic basis to WB Business Line/GC is of high quality, complete, consistent, accurate and timely.
- Taking the lead in the role out of Integrated Compliance activities e.g programme management, issue tracking, workforce, etc., to WB countries.
- Co-ordinating integrated compliance activities, including analysis of data and trends for reporting to key stakeholders.
- Being the content matter expert for IC processes / topics, and having sufficient content knowledge to be able to understand, check and challenge deliverables/data.
- Coordinating interactions with different internal stakeholders for non-recurrent activities and reports that need to be delivered on progression of various programmes.
- Maintaining oversight on the execution of the Integrated Compliance end-to-end processes.

As a Compliance Officer Integrated Compliance (IC) you have the following traits and experience:
- You have experience in WB business, risk or compliance (preferred).
- You are an energetic, motivating person who can work as part of a multidisciplinary team with a can-do mentality.
- You have experience in oversight activities. A team player with strong interpersonal skills who is able to build effective working relationships and thrive in a diversified and multicultural work environment.
- You demonstrate ability and eagerness to learn.
- You have good analytical skills. You have an eye for detail and are comfortable with data and reporting.
- You have no trouble navigating through complicated and challenging issues.
- You have a university degree or equivalent.
- You have ability to work independently with a can-do mentality.
- You have strong communication and influencing skills.
- You have excellent level of English both verbally and in writing.
