• Perform the timely and correct processing of the payroll administration for five entities.* Answer questions about payroll processing, collective labor agreements, labor law, payroll tax and social legislation.* Support on the various audits impacting the HR department.* Identify bottlenecks and improve and optimize the department's processes.* Manage the mobility coordination (invl vendor management) for expats & local staff (i.e. Visa registration etc).* Support the HR and Finance department with regard to the salary budgets.* Manages and checks the balance sheet items in relation to the payroll administration.* Ultimately responsible for the pension administration.* Monitor the legal regulations regarding the payroll and pension administration (WKR, keeping track of changes in the law, etc.).* Check the changes and settlement of the pension fund and other insurances.* Analyzing collective labor agreements, keeping up-to-date with current laws and regulations and translating them into administrative processes.* Application management of the Payroll software.Responsible for the on- and offboarding process: (updating systems, payroll, informing third parties, etc.)First point of contact for staff and managers in advising on HR administrative related topics.Advising on special leaves such as parental leave, unpaid leave etc. * Support the HR department with various administrative tasks. Such as drawing up an employment contract or drawing up other communication for employees.

Profiel

Bachelor or Master degree in Finance is preferred or VPSFluently written & verbal in English and Dutch preferredAdvanced level in national & international payroll and mobility (30% ruling)Basic level of employment law and CLA
