IT Support Engineer

As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a dedicated IT Support Engineer to join our team.

Requirements

The IT Support Engineer will be integral to our IT department, providing technical assistance and support across the organization. The responsibilities encompass the management of hardware and software, ensuring operational efficiency, and overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related issues within the organization, offering assistance and solutions to various IT inquiries and challenges.
• Delivering daily support to employees and monitoring system functionality
• Managing the onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting IT onboarding sessions
• Overseeing asset management, including device disposal and refreshing

• A minimum of three years of experience in a comparable role
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure (Entra ID), Exchange, and Microsoft Office 365
• Experience managing Apple/Mac business environment
• Experience of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions such as JAMF and Intune
