Customer Service Specialist
Overview:
We are on the lookout for a Customer Service representative that can strengthen the existing team. A real team player, the one that can make a difference and accelerates in a hectic environment.
We are a life sciences company focused on the development, production and commercialization of high-value consumable products used in the process of manufacturing biological drugs.
You’ll be part of a cross functional team of highly motivated and supportive colleagues that will help you in providing the necessary information to our customers and internal departments. You’ll monitor the standard order flow and hand hold the exceptions.Challenging your creativity to provide the best possible service to our customers. This is a hybrid role based in Breda, the Netherlands and you will report to the Sr. Manager Customer Service.
Responsibilities:
As Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for a broad range of product lines and our valued Customers.- Automated order entry via A.I.
- Supporting the requests, inquiries of our customers
- Monitor and adjust the order flow to secure on time delivery
- Meetings with our commercial team and product managers to meet the expectations of our customer
- Managing reports and KPI’s
Qualifications:
To be successful and comfortable in this role you will have the following characteristics or skills:
- You are able to switch in between tasks in a high paced environment.
- You are a team player, we achieve goals together
- Being able to interact on different levels
- Experience with ERP systems
- Understanding of the invoicing process
- Understanding of inco terms
- Preferably knowledge of SAP and / or Salesforce
- Understanding of the Dutch and English language
