Tasks
The Role:
As part of our strategic growth, Intelligent Data is launching our products and services in the EU with the opening of our BENELUX office in Rotterdam. We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Regional Manager to achieve our growth objectives in the BENELUX region and across the wider EU.
This is a full-time, office-based role, working 40 hours per week over 5 days, with some travel expected.
As an ideal candidate, you will have proven senior management experience in a highly dynamic setting. You will be ready to take on the challenge of expanding our business across the region, working closely with the Group Leadership team and CEO to realize our vision for the region and align with our long-term plans in the EU.Reporting directly to the CEO, the Regional Manager’s mission is to grow our business across multiple EU countries. The successful candidate must be driven, capable of working independently, and committed to prioritizing customer service and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver the strategic vision for the region, including the sales portfolio, business development, and geographical reach.
- Manage and grow Intelligent Data’s presence in the BENELUX region.
- Communicate the company’s unique selling points to potential customers to create business opportunities.
- Achieve budgets, KPIs, and other metrics to support regional growth and operational efficiency.
- Implement operating models to ensure operational excellence.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role with responsibility for Profit & Loss and proven financial success.
- Ability to streamline and implement business processes to enhance regional presence.
- Proven ability to plan and manage operations for maximum efficiency and high-level customer service.
- Extensive knowledge of operational functions including finance, customer service, logistics, and HR management.
- Fluency in written and spoken Dutch and English; fluency in French is desirable.
- Salary up to €68,000 based on experience, plus an 8% holiday allowance paid monthly.
