What will your day look like?
As a full-time customer service representative (native English-speaking) in Rotterdam, you will act as an important connection between clients and internal departments, to ensure seamless operations behind the scenes. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Customer support: Handle inquiries about products, services, and orders. Managing claims or returns? You’ll take care of it professionally.
- Data and document management: From drafting quotations to updating customer information, you’ll keep everything structured and up-to-date.
- Problem solving: Be the go-to contact for internal queries from the front office teams. You’ll make sure complex issues are directed to the appropriate channels.
- Reporting and analysis: Monitor key metrics and identify opportunities to optimise processes and improve efficiency.
- A competitive salary ranging between €2,500 and €3,200 gross per month, based on a 40-hour workweek, tailored to your experience and qualifications;

Wat wij vragen:
- Minimaal mbo4 werk- en denkniveau;
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a back-office or customer service role;

- Fluency in English is essential; additional proficiency in another European language is an advantage.
