We seek a talented and strategic Senior Brand Designer to join our team and help shape the visual identity of our multi-product brand across France, Benelux, and the DACH region. As the Senior Brand Designer, you’ll report to the Brand Design Lead.Your mission will be to take our brand to the next level through brave ideas and well-crafted designs.
You will play a critical role in maintaining and evolving brand guidelines, driving impactful marketing initiatives and 360-marketing campaigns, and contributing to offline event support and product marketing efforts. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Marketing and Web teams to create scalable design solutions that align with business goals and regional market needs.
What you'll be doing:
Brand Guidelines Maintenance & Evolution:
- Maintain and enhance existing brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all products and regions (France, Benelux, DACH).
- Work with the Design Lead to evolve the brand's visual identity, balancing creative innovation with consistency.
- Co-coaching designers and overseeing brand application, ensuring the visual identity is cohesive and culturally relevant to each market.
- You’re also responsible for ensuring documentation and design standards are current.
Web Design:
- Design for scale and improvements of our website and landing pages.
- Create product images to showcase the best of our products, working closely with the Product and Localization team to achieve this.
- Work closely with our Development and Growth teams to ensure the products' websites have a great user experience (UX), quality design (UI), and brand consistency.
360° Marketing Campaigns (Organic & Paid):
- Create visual designs for marketing campaign efforts, such as concept visuals, social media graphics, web elements, presentations, infographics, downloadables, and assets for product marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and events, including organic and paid media. Ensure all materials align with the overall brand and support key marketing objectives for each region.
- Partner with Event and Marketing teams to design and deliver engaging offline marketing materials, including booth designs, event signage, and print collateral.
- Collaborate with the marketing and growth teams to create cohesive and engaging 360-degree campaigns tailored to the Benelux, France, and DACH markets, ensuring brand consistency and effectiveness.
Design for Scale:
- Support the Brand Design Lead in creating scalable solutions, including templates and design systems that increase efficiency for the wider team.
- Develop and manage design templates for recurring projects such as email campaigns, presentations, social media, and marketing materials.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Marketing and Web teams (Demand Generation, Growth, Product Marketing, SEO, and Content) to ensure cohesive design execution across all disciplines and projects and to suggest and generate creative ideas that might support and elevate the projects.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as the People team, when necessary.
Simultaneous Project Management:
- Handle multiple design projects at various stages of development across different core markets while effectively managing timelines and expectations.
- Prioritize workload effectively, ensuring all deadlines are met while maintaining high design standards.
- You can forecast production and conception issues, ask the right questions of the teams, and provide solutions to future problems.
- Take ownership and initiative on projects like our conference (TGTHR), for example, to develop a unique experience.
- 5+ years of brand and visual design experience for digital and offline channels (print, event materials, etc).
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand guidelines, web design, product marketing, and 360 marketing campaigns.
- Love for design and a high level of craft - mastery of typography, layout, and composition. Art direction for photography and illustration.
- Strong determination and attention to detail.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.
- Fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Demonstrated ability to create scalable design systems, including templates and documentation for cross-functional use.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- Can balance quality with speed and creativity while prioritizing work and turning around projects on short timelines in a fast-paced work environment.
- Familiar with project management skills, capable of handling multiple deadlines across different teams and core markets.
- Experience working with cross-functional marketing teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with global teams.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects to completion
- Ambitious, with a growth mindset, and can lead projects with a high level of autonomy
- Fluent in English (written and verbal), along with excellent visual communication and presentation skills.
Nice to Have:
- French, German or Dutch
- Experience in motion design to collaborate with the video team
- Prior experience working in technology, Saa S, or a fast-paced startup and multi-product environment.
- Familiarity with localization and designing for different cultural markets.
