Allocator & DPP Specialist
This will be a temporary, full-time role (32-40 hours per week) until the end of September 2025.
What are you going to do?
You will play a key role in driving inventory efficiency and product availability. You’ll analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and account trends to make data-driven allocation decisions, supporting business objectives and maximizing sales opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring optimal product allocation by analyzing sales trends, inventory levels, and market conditions
- Monitoring and adjusting allocations to support product performance and profitability
- Partnering with planning and merchandising teams to align allocation strategies with business goals
- Preparing allocation reports and recommendations for senior management
- Identifying and resolving allocation challenges to minimize stockouts and maximize sell-through
- Supporting new product launches and promotional activities with strategic allocation plans
- Hourly wage between €18 and €24
- A hybrid working model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
- 25 vacation days for full-time employees.
- Commuting allowance of €0.23 per km, with a maximum of €23 net per office day.
- Work from home allowance of €5 per day on remote workdays.

We are looking for someone with relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within retail. You have a natural curiosity and an analytical mindset, using data to uncover actionable insights.
Furthermore you are:
- Highly organized and a great planner;
- Fluent in English (spoken & written);
- Excellent communicator;
- Proven stakeholder management skills;
- Proactive, problem solving and results-oriented;
- Experience with SAP, Tableau, and Excel.
