who are you
We are looking for a Coating Operator with an eye for detail! You're someone who likes to roll up their sleeves and take on challenges together with the team. You also recognize yourself in the following:
- Ideally, you have previous experience working in a production environment (not a must)
- You take responsibility for the process and its quality
- You work well both independently and as part of a team
- You have a good command of either Dutch or English
- You are capable of performing physically demanding tasks
what will you do ...
As a Coating Operator, you are part of a diverse team. You work on impressive projects, like Hong Kong International Airport and the UPS World Hubs in Veghel. Each product is finished to perfection. You make sure every product becomes a showpiece for our international clients.You make them flawless. With a special spraying technique, you apply a fresh new coat. This coat acts as a protective layer. It makes the product resistant to different external influences. You assemble and disassemble spray equipment for color changes.
Always according to the customer's wishes. You check the coating thickness yourself. You work with great precision. You are versatile in your role. You operate and monitor different powder coating processes.
- You manually touch up products with spray coating when needed.
- You hang the products on the line and remove them in the correct order.
- You always ensure your work meets high-quality standards.

At the Vanderlande factory in Veghel, 165 skilled professionals work across various specialties, including turning, milling, welding, bending, coating, and assembly.
