Do you have experience as a Team Leader or Store Manager in retail and are you a true people manager? For our Experience Store - Mall Demo Zone - in Hoog Catharijne Utrecht, we are looking for a strong Dyson Team Lead.

About the role
As a Dyson Team Lead, you are responsible for the Dyson sales team at the high-traffic Mall Demo Zone location in Hoog Catharijne. Here, products can be tested and sold, and together with your team, you bring Dyson products to life for the consumer!You are ultimately responsible for this thriving store in the mall.
At the operational level, you manage the daily deployment of the team, planning, results, inventory management, and ensure that your people bring Dyson technology to life for the consumer in the right way. On a strategic level, you also collaborate with the Physical Direct Manager, discussing challenges on the floor, sharing your vision, and identifying opportunities and threats.
Specifically:
- Overall planning and deployment of the Dyson team;
- Creating and managing the rota, implementing rota rules and ensuring adherence with the team.
- Ensuring the store is up to date at all times: cleanliness, product updates, pricing, POS materials;
- Training, coaching, and leading the team of Experts and Stylists;
- Communicating daily, weekly, and monthly targets to the team, making them clear, tangible, and motivational;
- Bringing in your own initiatives to elevate sales and other performances within the store;
- Seeking sales opportunities to ensure store targets are met.
- Reporting and evaluating sales and team performance;
- Holding weekly team conversations (group and one-on-one) to ensure the team is updated at all times, sharing improvements, and discussing personal development plans;
- Hands-on selling, advising, and providing customer service;
- Identifying opportunities and threats;
- vision and future of the Experience Store.
Your goals be measured on:
- Sales performance (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets)
- Product mix (Premium Price Point, Category Mix)
- Conversion (Traffic, Demonstrations, Sales Conversion)
- Mystery Shopper, NPS, SAT, OSAT, Google Review
- Operational excellence: stock count accuracy, stock loss level, stock count accuracy
- Our Dyson Team Lead is naturally good at connecting with people and enjoys engaging in conversation.
- You are also able to take responsibility and are a real People Manager;
- Additionally, you have a clear vision and know how to effectively communicate it to your team;
- You have experience in a similar role as Store Manager or Team Leader;
- You are enthusiastic, confident, and skilled at identifying details that can make a difference;
- You are available full-time and can also work regularly on weekends;
- You recognize market opportunities and threats;
- And you are someone who enjoys contributing strategically to strengthen Dyson as a brand.
