The Field ServiceTechnician is the front-line representative, providing timely andefficient machine repair, installation, upgrade, and trainingservices to customers in the Benelux region. The Field ServiceTechnician is also responsible for providing valuable businessupdates to support new selling opportunities. Your daily tasks willinvolve:
- Communicating with ServiceBack-Office about arrival time if it falls outside the expectedwindow
- Proposing process improvements,maintaining parts inventory, offering training recommendations, andhandling related repairs
- Conducting jobcompletion meetings and ensuring timesheets are signed
- Creating and submitting well-written,accurate, and comprehensive job, installation, and technicalreports
- Maintaining and ensuring the properfunctioning of company-supplied equipment sush as cell phone,laptop, toolbox, manuals, uniform
- Gross salary of €3,500.- per month
- Reimbursement according with the employer'scollective agreement
- Full-time job of 40 hoursa week
- Direct contract with ourclient
- A technical school degree with a focus on mechanicsand/or electricity
- At least three years ofexperience working as a service technician in electricalengineering or electricity
- Experience withcomputer literacy is highly valued
- Availability of 40 hours per week
- Fluent speaking and writing skills in Englishor French because of job duties
