Junior Planner
Are you ready to work in a dynamic team and make a significant impact in the Supply point in Haps? We are looking for a Junior Planner!
The Supply Point in Haps supplies goods to over 90 countries worldwide. In this position, you will optimize the output of our spray drier and ensure timely stock for our packing factories. You'll manage orders, coordinate with suppliers, and support our spray drier planner to keep operations running smoothly.
Main responsibilities- Schedule just-in-time supply of liquid materials, share forecasts, and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Call off materials from 3PL to our drier warehouse, ensuring optimized execution of schedules.
- Escalate and explore solutions if material supply or line performance is disrupted.
- Support Semi-Finished Goods Planner during high workloads and innovations, and act as full backup in their absence.
- Plan co-packing (3PM) of critical portfolio based on customer orders and forecasts.
- Minimize material write-offs and maximize line performance during planned stoppages.
- Ensure planning tool APO is in line with factory reality.
- Respect the weekly drumbeat, apply planning rules, and challenge for continuous improvement.
- Perform weekly Make-to-Stock planning of about 180 SKUs to ensure coverage remains within agreed stock targets and optimized production cycles.
- Maintain Make-to-Stock planning templates.
- Keep PIPO in APO and planning tools accurate.
- Report weekly Case Fill Rate in SC KPI meetings and understand root causes.
- Submit and provide feedback on CBU requests to the 3PO team.
- Fill and discuss weekly risk files with the 3PO team to prioritize actions.
You are a proactive and dynamic individual with a hands-on approach, ready to learn and challenge the status quo. Your strong analytical skills and excellent communication make you an asset to our team.
You will fit in our team if you have/are:
- Completed education in relevant fields like Supply Chain;
- Experience in materials planning, supplier management, forecasting, production and network planning, and scenario planning;
- Knowledge of SAP/APO and Excel;
- Agility, strong analytical skills, proactivity, and a willingness to learn;
- Excellent communication skills in English.
