Our client operates in the Manufacturing sector, In order to support their HR team we are searching for an Interim HR Manager.
Functie
As an Interim HR Manager your are responsible for the following tasks;- Advise management on HR policy, covering recruitment, departures, employment conditions, training, and development. Propose policy updates in line with changes in strategy or societal developments and participate in decision-making processes.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policy implementation, strategic workforce planning, and staff development. Ensure optimal staffing through recruitment, training, and managing employee exits.
- Implement management policies, establish work flows, and supervise team performance. Ensure work quality, efficiency, and team development while promoting cross-departmental collaboration.
- HR Projects Initiate, supervise, and monitor HR projects, potentially in collaboration with external (consulting) firms. Manage the organisation of internal events.
- Available ASAP or latest Mid October
- Willing to work from office 4 days a week
- Hands on Interim HR Manager
- Hyrbid work
- 40hrs per week
- Assignment until January 2025 with possibility of extension.
