Marketplace Supply Chain Specialist

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role where you’ll have the chance to shape Nike’s supply chain strategies and deliver outstanding results.
What are you going to do?
As a Marketplace Supply Chain Specialist, you will manage a healthy order book and drive optimal delivery performance for our partners. You’ll oversee day-to-day supply chain operations while collaborating closely with partners, transportation teams, and distribution centers to meet seasonal plans and financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with partners by learning their requirements and service needs.
- Conduct operational calls, order book audits, and order-writing workshops to influence partner behavior and enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Develop and streamline best practices across NMP teams to drive efficiency.
- Monitor key KPIs, forecast ship goals with business analysts, and escalate risks and opportunities as needed.
- Provide critical insights for Ship to Plan processes by collaborating with internal logistics, commercial teams, and external supply chain stakeholders.
- Deliver standard reporting on order tracking to ensure on-time delivery and a seamless supply chain flow.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance our operations.
- A hybrid working model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
- 25 vacation days for full-time employees.
- Commuting allowance of €0.23 per km, with a maximum of €23 net per office day.

What do we ask?- Minimum 1 years experience with Account/ Partner Management
- Minimum 1 years experience on Supply Chain Planning and Operations
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and proactiveness
- Ability to analyze, influence, and storytelling with data
- Experience with SAP & Excel
