INTERIM Global Sr. HR Business Partner (May-Nov)

You are tasked with creating and providing tools that guide and influence leaders, utilizing various Centers of Expertise. Your ultimate goal is to support Rituals' business leaders in fostering trust, pride, and happiness.

• Shape and align the people strategy, HR agenda, policies and initiatives. Execute this strategy together with the business and COE’s.
• Be the center of expertise, offer your knowledge to the business and understand their needs and challenges, for now and in the future
• Lead discussions on organizational change and ensure smooth transitions within teams. Act as a change agent during transformations.
• Drive and enhance team and organizational performance. Advise the business on improving team and organizational effectiveness.
• Utilize analyses and dashboards to drive organizational development and innovation.
• Collaborate with HR and business teams to co-design, drive, and implement people initiatives and programs.
• Deliver comprehensive business insights to HR and convey HR insights clearly back to the business.
• Provide strategic insights and leadership to enhance team and organizational performance.
• Take an active lead in contributing to global HR plans and strategies by spearheading initiatives such as the House of Careers and Grading projects.
• Support and coach HR Advisors as part of the HR Business Partner team at CHO.

• Successfully completed a bachelor’s or WO degree.
• Extensive (10 years) experience as an HRBP, HR manager in a dynamic and growing international environment, preferably within Retail/FMCG.
• High level of diplomacy, communication, and negotiation skills to manage complex HR topics.
• Possess broad strategic HR advice and project management experience.
• Strong organizational fluency: understands Rituals’ culture and effectively connects different business units.
• Approaches work with flexibility, ensuring tasks are completed even if not initially planned.
• Open, empathetic, communicative, and results-oriented.
• Proven ability to work in an international team with enthusiasm, self-initiative, and strategic foresight.
• Data-driven mindset: able to analyze and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights and drive HR strategy.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• In-depth knowledge of Dutch labor law and HR best practices.
• You reside in the Netherlands and are able to work 80% of your time in our Amsterdam office.
