Your responsibility
As our HRIS Specialist, you will be the technical backbone of our HRIS operations, directly contributing to the success of our Workday implementation and support. Next to that, you will ensure that all our HR systems are fully functional, reliable, and aligned with organizational needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Data Migration & Integration: To ensure accurate data migration into Workday, collaborating with local HR teams and headquarters to maintain data integrity and consistency across all HCM databases.
- Workday Rollout & Configuration: Drive the European Workday implementation, including the configuration and customization of Workday modules to meet regional needs, ensuring smooth implementation and user adoption.
- Support and Troubleshooting: Provide expert support and troubleshooting for Workday, addressing any issues that arise to minimize disruptions and ensure continuous improvement.
- System Maintenance: Oversee the ongoing operation and maintenance of all HR-related systems, ensuring they meet the organizational needs.
Who are you?
You bring hands-on experience with Workday, particularly in multi-country rollouts, data migration, and system configuration. You are expert at integrating Workday with other HR-related platforms such as payroll, recruitment, and employee self-service systems.
- Educational Background: You hold a degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in HRIS role or relevant, preferably in international organization.
- Workday Expertise: You have in-depth experience with Workday Core HCM or Talent or Absence Management, including system configuration, data migration, and troubleshooting. Previous experience in HRIS implementation and handling sensitive HR data with discretion is a strong plus.
- HR Expertise: You have understanding of general HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and others.
- Language: Fluency in English, written and spoken.
