• Maintain and enhance the information security framework.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., EU DORA, ECB, DNB).
• Conduct security assessments, pentesting, and vulnerability audits.
• Support IT security incident response and root cause analysis.
• Address and close security gaps in collaboration with IT teams.
• Deliver security awareness training and phishing simulations.
• Liaise with international teams and stakeholders for cybersecurity matters.
• Advise management on cybersecurity risks and controls.

• A university degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Cyber Security, Risk Management).
• Around 3 years of experience in information security, IT risk, or cybersecurity management.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., EU DORA, ISO 27001, NIST).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex security issues to business stakeholders.
• A proactive, independent, and responsible mindset.
• Certifications in cyber security or risk management (e.g., CISM, CISSP, CRISC) are a plus.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
