Functie- Advanced Data Analytics Expertise: Proficient in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data modeling to extract valuable insights from complex datasets.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Ability to guide and mentor junior data scientists, fostering skill development and collaboration within the team.
- Agronomy & Research Knowledge: It's a plus not a must, deep understanding of agronomy principles, enabling the application of data science
- Programming Proficiency: Expert in Python, R, SQL, and other data science tools and languages, with a strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
- Data Infrastructure Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) to manage and analyze large-scale datasets.
- Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to break down complex problems and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with Research Models: Able to design and implement research models, ensuring they are scientifically sound and aligned with research objectives.
- Data Visualization: Skilled in visualizing data findings using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or custom visualizations to communicate results clearly.

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in a Relevant Field: Typically in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience:
- Extensive Experience in Data Science: 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, machine learning, statistical modeling, and data engineering across multiple industries.
