Executive Assistant (Dutch Language)Full time, Utrecht, Netherlands
The Executive Assistant assists a Senior Vice President and relieves the SVP of administrative functions to increase the time the individual has available for executive-level responsibilities. This position will be accountable for highly confidential and time-sensitive material.You will serve as the initial point of contact representing the SVP's area of responsibility with the company’s executives, managers, clients, vendors, suppliers, and employees. You will assist with all measurement, tracking, reporting, administrative, and project activities for a senior vice president.
As an Executive Assistant (Dutch Language), you will- Manage and coordinate the executive’s calendars, meetings, phone calls, emails, and other administrative tasks to manage the priorities of the executive and the areas of responsibility
- Coordinate scheduling of and plan internal/external meetings and events with executive staff and prepare agendas and minutes as required
- Schedule, book, and monitor executive travel
- Assist with coordination of variance communication from SVP's leadership team
- Act as primary liaison for communication within the SVP's departments, i.e. point person for the leadership team. Acts as "go-to" person for general information, etc
- Receive, coordinate, and report on measurements for the areas of responsibility
- Assist with the day-to-day administrative tasks for the finance team as well for the Treasury department. For example, approval of invoices, handling expense claims, preparation of cash flow reports, taking care of all funds requests which come in.
- Prior administrative or business management experience assisting executive-level management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, Excel, SAP
- Knowledge of Internet search processes and applications
- Exceptional judgment concerning appropriate communication to all different levels of employees within the company is required
- Excellent business Dutch and English both spoken and written
- Previous international business experience is desirable
