Your role will involve contributing to the architecture and quality of our systems by designing, programming, and implementing backend applications. But it doesn’t stop there, your impact will extend to testing, managing, and continuously improving these systems to ensure they run smoothly.You’ll take ownership of maintaining high code quality through code reviews and automated testing, and you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the smooth launch of new features.

Requirements
We’re looking for a dedicated team player who thrives in both collaborative and independent work environments. While Dutch-speaking candidates are preferred, we welcome English-speaking candidates as well.- The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of experience as a Backend Java Developer and will be familiar with our tech stack, including Java 17, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, gRPC, and GraphQL.
- You should have a strong affinity for working with complex systems, and be eager to collaborate with your colleagues to design and oversee the architecture of these systems. Quality is paramount, and you take full ownership of the results you deliver.
- With a natural problem-solving ability, you’re someone who isn’t afraid to take initiative—no challenge is too big for you, and you're comfortable working on large-scale applications.
