For our Michael Page Amsterdam office we are looking for motivated commercial (Sr.) Sales Consultants. The teams in Amsterdam advise small to large renowned companies, specialized in interim recruitment of senior and management positions in the disciplines: Finance & HRM.You will work at our new head office in the beating heart of the Zuidas (WTC), where you will find a goal-oriented, no-nonsense and pleasant working environment!
Functie
As a Sales consultant at our Michael Page Interim label, the focus of your role will be even more on the business development and client side for solving interim needs. You will be supported by a national recruitment team. You will become a specialist in one of the disciplines in both labels, allowing you to provide your clients with the best insights and the largest reach during the recruitment process.You combine commercial business development with targeted, personal service to clients and candidates, generating turnover through effective relationships. You achieve success partly by demonstrating strong communication, dedication, a self-starting ability and good commercial skills.

- A bachelor's or master's degree;
- Commercially driven and clear motivation for the recruitment consultancy industry;
- Your previous experience of 2+ years of B2B sales, gives you crucial insights and helps you understand and meet customer needs;
- Your entrepreneurial spirit and motivation for sales drives you to continuously expand your network and build long-term relationships;
- You spend time understanding business strategies, structures, culture, and business models to gain your customer's trust;
