In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking customers. Your primary duties will include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your skills in communication and customer care will be invaluable to our mission of excellence.

• Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in Dutch and English
• Provide information about products and services while assisting customers with their needs
• Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
