Supplier Engineer – Raw Material Supply Chain

Are you a skilled Supplier Engineer with expertise in injection molding, Six Sigma, and project management? Join our team to lead impactful projects in the global raw material supply chain, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and seamless delivery.

As a Senior Supplier Engineer, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve leading and participating in a variety of technical projects. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects related to quality, delivery, and cost.
• Drive supplier quality, process improvements, and NPI introductions.
• Lead failure investigations, implement corrective actions, and ensure supply continuity.
• Conduct complex quality investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with R&D on new product introductions and lifecycle management.
• Manage project budgets and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
• 5+ years of relevant experience in supplier engineering
• Expertise in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Project Management.
• Strong background in injection molding, GD&T, metrology, and process validation.
• Medical device industry experience (GMP, compliance) is a plus.
• Proficiency in English (Dutch is a plus).
