Regional Marketing Manager, EMEA

Overview:
Repligen is on the lookout for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Marketing Manager to drive marketing strategy and execution for the EMEA region. This role will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing programs that support sales growth, increase brand awareness, and align with global marketing objectives.The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B life sciences marketing, experience in the bioprocessing industry, and a passion for innovative marketing strategies.
The successful candidate can be based in Netherlands, Germany or UK and reports directly to the Sr Director Marketing.
Responsibilities:
As Regional Marketing Manager you’ll be responsible for:
- Regional Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the EMEA market, ensuring alignment with global marketing strategies.
- Market Analysis & Positioning: Analyze regional market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and messaging.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Plan and execute demand generation programs, including digital marketing, events, webinars, and content marketing to support pipeline growth.
- Event Management: Lead regional trade shows, conferences, and customer events, ensuring strong brand presence and engagement.
- Sales Enablement: Develop marketing materials, sales tools, and training programs to support the commercial team.
- Content Localization: Work closely with the global marketing team to localize messaging, collateral, and campaigns for the EMEA audience.
- Budget & ROI Management: Manage the regional marketing budget effectively, tracking performance and optimizing spend to maximize return on investment.
- Collaboration & Communication: Partner with product management, sales, and corporate marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful regional marketing approach.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will be able to travel at least 30% of the time and furthermore meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in regional marketing, preferably within the bioprocessing life sciences industry.
- Strong understanding of the biopharmaceutical industry, including key market dynamics and customer needs.
- Experience in lead generation, digital marketing, and event management.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills to assess marketing performance and optimize strategies.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other EMEA languages is a plus.
