HERE'S WHAT WE'LL DO TOGETHER:In this internship, you will experience what it means to work in a HR team and support hiring managers in the recruitment process all over the world, from our international headquarter in Amsterdam. The daily tasks of the recruitment intern include updating our recruitment system with new requisitions, ensuring that job specifications are properly written and formatted, screening of candidate profiles and coordination of various recruitment activities, i.e. interviews. TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Updating new recruitment assignments into various systems and databases, ensuring that new requisitions are directly processed and visible to relevant HR team members.
- Keep the total recruitment overview up-to-date.
- Stay in contact with universities and external agencies to find the perfect candidates/students.
- Reviewing, updating and formatting job profiles following our internal standards.
- Uploading job specifications into our recruitment system.
- Publishing job advertisements on internal and external job boards and social media.
- Screening of incoming applications for various positions across the business and creating a selection of candidates to be assessed further / interviewed.
- Scheduling and joining virtual/ personal interviews between managers and candidates.
- Organizing relevant forms and documents to be complete and correspond to company standards.
- Leading G-STAR’s internship recruitment and intern community & events.
- Supporting employee onboarding processes and arrangements.
- Contributing to AI implementation within the recruitment process.
HERE'S WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- You are passionate about talent acquisition and employer branding. Within your study, you have started to develop a picture of how to best attract and match the right candidates for an organization.
- You are a pro-active, energetic and driven intern who wants to learn by doing.
- You have experience with MS Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams).
- You are interested in new recruitment trends (gamification, AI).
- First experience with ATS Systems is a plus – if not, you will learn.
- You are able to start in February 2025 for a period of 5 to 6 months.
- You are pursuing a Bachelor/Master in a Human Resources related education.
- You are enrolled at a university or college in the Netherlands or EU, during the whole length of the internship. Unfortunately, we cannot provide immigration support for internships at this time.
- If you are a non-EU student in The Netherlands, you are in possession of a mandatory internship assignment.
- You are already living in the Netherlands and are in the possession of a BSN, or in a process of getting one.
- You are pursuing a Bachelor/Master in a Human Resource related education and you’ve got our full attention.
- Preferably, you are interested in Retail, Fashion or the Lifestyle Industry.
Finally, do you have a strong personality and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English? We’d love to meet you!
