Your role

This enables HNS to make the R&M cost more variable in a volatile beer market.

Besides, you are the financial point of contact for external parties related to facility services.

As Brewery Business Controller you are responsible for:

• Challenging your stakeholders from the brewery departments on improving the business processes
• Collaborating extensively with multiple stakeholders including the brewery leadership team, maintenance team leaders, budget holders and the finance team
• Driving the results of HNS breweries by being the financial expert in the field of Repair & Maintenance
• Delivering and executing the business control cycle: period end close, rolling forecast, monthly management reports, annual plans, strategic plans etc.
• Gathering valuable insights from our BI systems (e.g. Analysis for Office, PowerBI, SAP) to navigate the organization

Your department

As Brewery Controller you will be part of the Brewery Business Control Team (5 FTE’s). You will be primarily working from the brewery sites (Zoeterwoude or Den Bosch), but you are also flexible to work from home or join our other finance colleagues in the Leiden office.

Your profile

For this role we are looking for an experienced, energized and people oriented financial.

• Has minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Business Control, Business Analysis and/or FP&A.
• Is proactive and likes to continuously challenge the status quo to shape the business.
• Gets energized from connecting with people/stakeholders.
• Is a creative, innovative and solutions oriented self-starter.
• Tech savvy to help building a data driven business.
• Wants to develop as an all-round finance professional.
• Having in-depth knowledge of SAP and knowledge of Business Intelligence tools is a strong pre.
