IAI industrial systems is part of HID Global, a subsidiary of ASSA ABLOY.
By joining our team, you will be part of the Assembly and Test department. This department is responsible for assembling and testing the modules and installing our personalization systems worldwide. The department consists of 12 enthusiastic employees.
You will support our success by:
- Offering technical support to Project Managers during complex customer projects;
- Taking care of modifications to parts and adjust systems to improve quality;
- Collecting and analyzing test data and solving malfunctions based on test results;
- Administering factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT);
- Managing the installation and commissioning at the customer site;
- Testing the installation and providing instructions and training to customers regarding first-line; maintenance and system use based on manuals and work instructions;
- Directing employees in assembling the installation;
- Making decisions to ensure the installation is operational as planned;
- Coming up with proposals for improving products and processes;
- Building and validating a well-functioning installation based on TPD and process knowledge.
Your experience includes:
- A higher educational degree in Industrial Engineering or similar studies;
- 3 to 5 years working experience in a machine-building environment, during which you travelled internationally;
- Working under pressure to meet project deadlines gives you energy;
- A positive attitude and an great ability to motivate others;
- Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English is required, additional languages are a plus;
- Since this position includes (international) travel and fieldwork, you must possess or can acquire a valid passport.
