- Advising and answering payroll related questions from employees.
- Payroll administrative responsibilities. (internal & external)
- Audit assistance.
- Budget process.
- Monthly payroll for Netherlands, Spain, Germany and France.
- HR projects.
Profiel
The ideal candidate lives in the Amsterdam area and has 3-5 years' experience in a similar role. You're enthusiastic to learn and have a pro-active and structured mindset. You're organizational sensitive, no-nonsense and don't shy away to put in the work needed.
Desired skills and experience- Degree in Finance, or HR or Payroll (VPS).
- 3-5 year as (international) payroll specialist.
- English and Dutch, business level in verbal and writing.
- Proactive, pragmatic, hands-on and a flexible working attitude.
- Customer first state of mind.
